Eric Doito
Founder, CEO & Managing Director
Veteran Senior Electrical Engineer and Industrialist with more than 20 years of experience delivering electrical engineering solutions for large-scale infrastructure, industrial facilities, and power distribution systems across Liberia. A graduate of the Polytechnic School in Accra, Ghana, he has built a distinguished career leading complex engineering projects in both the public and private sectors. His professional journey began as an Electrical Technician with KISS FM Radio & TV (1995–1998), followed by his role as Chief Electrical Engineer at GILSA Construction Company (2011–2015), where he successfully managed site-wide electrical power distribution for World Bank-funded school construction projects in Montserrado, Grand Cape Mount, and Margibi Counties. He currently serves as Lead Electrical Engineer for Ministry of Health World Bank-funded projects, overseeing the design, installation, and supervision of electrical infrastructure for multiple healthcare facilities across Gbarpolu and Bomi Counties.
As the Founder and Managing Director of Doito Soft Premium Tissue Inc., headquartered on Tubman Boulevard in Congo Town, Liberia, Eric is spearheading the development of a state-of-the-art tissue manufacturing facility dedicated to producing premium-quality toilet tissue products for the Liberian market. His vision is to promote industrial growth through local manufacturing, reduce dependence on imports, and create sustainable employment opportunities. Combining deep technical expertise in industrial power distribution, solar energy systems, electrical infrastructure, satellite and CCTV installations, and project leadership, Eric remains committed to engineering excellence, innovation, and building resilient infrastructure that supports Liberia's long-term economic and industrial development.
